Innova Rooms were created following an extensive refurbishment project. The bespoke design provides flexible workspaces reflecting the three pillars of the modern business environment; meeting client requirements, encouraging collaboration, and the creation of thriving business communities.
MODERN & COMFORTABLE WORKSPACES
As always we continue to provide desk spaces in shared rooms, single office pods, and private offices for start-ups / small teams (from 2 to 7 persons).
Our flexible occupation arrangements mean Innova Rooms provide a genuine short or long-term option to base your company; for those working off-site; as an alternative to Working from Home; or even as a study/research space. All of our workspaces are available daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
A single convenient payment covers rent, rates, power, heating, high-speed broadband, and WIFI throughout the facility for you and your clients. Innova Rooms are accessible 24/7/365.
Innova Rooms complement the highly diversified and established business hub that is the Liosban estate. We encourage and facilitate co-working, collaboration, and innovation. Our goal is to provide an edge-of-town, easily accessible location suitable for all types of operators be they start-ups, SMEs, or as an overflow for existing companies.
DESK SPACE
These spacious rooms allow a low-cost entry to our facility. Your desk is assigned to you throughout your stay. Desks are available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from €29 plus Vat.
SINGLE OFFICE PODS
Our single-occupant Office Pods are extremely popular whether it is a temporary change of scenery or for something longer term. Suitable for sole traders, private offices, or an ideal alternative to working from home.
PRIVATE OFFICES & EXECUTIVE SUITES
Please contact us to discuss a bespoke option for your company/team. These rooms are available for longer-term stays and, subject to terms, can be fitted out to your specific needs.
MEETING ROOMS
Whether you wish to avail of our formal Meeting Room; have an informal meeting in our Innovation Lounge or reserve the training lounge you will find an environment suitable to your needs. Rooms are available for your exclusive use through our convenient booking system. Contact us for more information.

Innova Rooms complement the highly diversified and established business hub that is the Liosban estate. We promote co-working, collaboration, and innovation. In addition to hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms we encourage and facilitate interaction with like-minded professionals within our business community. Feel free to avail yourself of our Innovation Lounge, the Creation Canteen, or take a hot shower after your bike ride to work or that lunchtime workout.
We are very conscious of our carbon footprint and a primary goal of our fit-out was the installation of low voltage LEDs which are all on sensors - so don’t worry they will turn off when you leave. All rooms have low voltage wall heaters so please turn these on and off as required.
