Like everyone we have had to adapt - including temporarily closing some communal spaces; amending our internal layout; installing sanitization stations throughout the facility, and providing a brand new contactless access control system to reduce physical contact while also providing 24/7/365 access.
As always we continue to provide private offices for small teams, however, while 2m social distancing remains we are unable to offer Hot Desks. We also have had to temporarily close our meeting and social rooms. To ensure our facility is compliant with current guidelines we have introduced a temporary one-way system throughout the facility and disinfect all contact surfaces multiple times per day.
Our flexible occupation arrangements mean Innova Rooms provide a genuine alternative to Working for Home for individuals on a short or longer-term basis. All spaces are available through weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual occupation agreements. A single convenient payment covers rent, rates, power, heating, high-speed broadband and WIFI throughout the facility for you and your clients. Innova Rooms are accessible 24/7/365.
